The basis of our non-disclosure policy is protection of personal information.

In confirmation of its non-disclosure policy, Istanbul Uluslararasý Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Þ. prepared its Ethics Rules in conformity with the text of "Code of Conduct Fundamentals for Credit Rating Agencies" prepared by the Technical Committee of The International Organization of Securities Commissions at December 2004. The Ethics Rules prepared fully conforms to the essence of IOSCO Ethics Rules.
